Therapy for Emerging Adults and Adults across the Lifespan

Clinical Focus: Kerrie enjoys working with emerging adults who may be struggling to navigate life after college/graduate school, as well as clients managing other life transitions such as new parenthood, divorce, and grief and loss.

Hi there,

I’m Kerrie and I have over 20 years of experience in the field of counseling and psychology. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including a residential facility, a community mental health agency, and private practice. My treatment approach is collaborative, and I focus on helping you identify and change patterns that limit you from reaching your full potential while also assisting you in developing healthy ways to manage and decrease stress.

My specialties include interpersonal and family relationships, mood regulation, stress management, work-life balance, self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, weight loss, postpartum depression, divorce recovery, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also truly enjoy helping young adults (ages 18-35) address conflicts that arise during this stage of life and to cope with issues regarding career concerns, education, dating and relationships, commitment, and finances. I also have a certification in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health.

I’ve successfully helped my clients make significant life changes and live happier, more fulfilled lives through the process of therapy, and I’d be honored to help you do the same.

I am in-network with all BCBS PPO plans (including ACA plans), United Healthcare/Optum, and Cigna/Evernorth.
