INDEPENDENTLY-LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PSY.D., PH.D.)

We are welcoming applications for part-time (12 to 15 client hours per week) positions in our growing group practice in Lincoln Park. There is potential to grow to a full-time caseload if that is desired. Licensed therapists may choose either W2/Employee status or W9/Independent Contractor status.

The best fit for this position is a therapist who is interested in providing psychotherapy in a thriving private practice environment, while also enhancing related skills in this setting. Experience in and/or interest in the use and application of psychodynamic theory and principles is preferred. Licensed therapists can also opt for training in providing supervision and have the opportunity to supervise provisionally-licensed therapists. We strive to help everyone on our team learn how to successfully balance an emphasis on clinical skills and the therapeutic relationship with the 'business' of private practice.

While our clinicians are generally psychodynamically-oriented in their theoretical stance, they are eclectic in practice. The group has a primary focus on adult clientele, and we would love to broaden our team’s expertise with related specialties such as couple/marital therapy and EMDR.

We encourage applications from candidates who identify as people of color, LGBTQIA+, or members of other marginalized groups, and we are committed to equity within our practice. We value work-life balance, and we support our clinicians in managing their caseloads in a way that works for themselves as well as their clients.

As a licensed therapist in our group, you can expect:

-Competitive compensation, with opportunity to increase compensation based on productivity

-Monthly bonus when meeting contract terms

-Paid sick time/time off (W2 Employees)

-Healthy referral stream

-Ability to take up to 4 weeks (unpaid) annual vacation
